Ø  பசுமையான தமிழ்நாட்டை ஊக்குவிக்கும் அதே வேளையில் பதிவு செய்தல், வெட்டுதல், போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் மர சந்தைப்படுத்துதலுக்கான நடைமுறைகளை நெறிப்படுத்துவதை இந்தக் கொள்கை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

18. சூரிய சக்தி பம்புசெட்டுகள்

Ø  1,000விவசாயிகளின் நலனுக்காக சூரிய சக்தியில் இயங்கும் பம்பு செட்டுகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
