TNPSC Group 1 Interview Date 2026 Released – Certificate Verification & Interview List
The TNPSC Group 1 Interview Date 2026 has officially been announced by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). Candidates who successfully cleared the Combined Civil Services Examination–I (Group 1 Services) Main Examination are now eligible for the final stage of recruitment which includes certificate verification and the TNPSC Group 1 interview.
According to the official notification released by TNPSC, the TNPSC Group 1 Interview Date 2026 is scheduled in April 2026 at the TNPSC headquarters in Chennai. Candidates shortlisted after the mains examination must appear for the interview with all required original certificates.

TNPSC Group 1 Interview List 2026
The TNPSC has released the list of register numbers of candidates who have qualified for the final interview stage. Only candidates whose numbers appear in the official list are eligible to attend the certificate verification and interview process.
The list is provisional and subject to verification of the claims made in the online application including age, educational qualification, communal category and PSTM status.
TNPSC Group 1 Certificate Verification
Before attending the interview, candidates must undergo physical certificate verification. During this stage, TNPSC officials will verify all original documents submitted by the candidate.
The following documents must be produced:
- SSLC / HSC mark sheets
- Degree certificate
- Community certificate
- Age proof certificate
- PSTM certificate (if applicable)
- Government ID proof
- Other certificates mentioned in the TNPSC notification
If any candidate fails to produce the required documents, their candidature may be rejected.
