- அரசுப் பணியில் இருந்த காலத்தில், நீடாமங்கலம் & திருவாரூர் கலெக்டரேட் போன்ற இடங்களில் பணியாற்றியதுடன், 2010 வெள்ள நிவாரணப் பணிகள், தேர்தல் பணிகள், 2011 மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பு போன்ற முக்கிய அரசுப் பணிகளில் பங்களித்துள்ளார்.
- கல்வி மீது கொண்ட ஆழ்ந்த ஆர்வத்தால், அரசுப் பணியைத் துறந்து, மாணவர்களை அதிகாரிகளாக மாற்றும் ஒரு சிறந்த பயிற்சி அமைப்பை உருவாக்கினார்.
